Cancellation Policy
For online shop order is canceled with more then 7 days notice of scheduled pick up date, a refund or store credit will be issued for 100% of the order total.
If online shop order is canceled with less then 7 days notice of the scheduled pick up date, the full cost of the order is non refundable.
For custom cakes : Cakes cancelled prior to the 14 days lockout date can be refunded up to 50% of balance paid. Deposit will not be refunded. Cakes canelled after the 14 day lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect you scheduled date - please contact us to discuss options.
Final Payment
For custom cakes: Total contract price is due 14 days prior to your event date (your deposit will be subtracted from this owing amount). The cake will not be made if final payment has not been received.

Cake Changes
Changes to your cake order: size, flavours, decoration, etc. will be accepted until 14 days prior to the event date. After that lockout date we cannot accept any changes.
